I am looking for a unique kind of position. At present I live in Barrie and am relocating to the Windsor area June. I am in the process of leaving my job in Healthcare at the local hospital. I find the enviroment too stressful and would like to do something I feel I am more suited to which is caring for people (my current position is in an office behind a computer). I have always wanted to work caring for people but instead traded the security of working for a corporation for doing what my heart desires. The position I am looking for is or/and including a live in position where I would have a space of my own where I could have my two very quiet clean mature cats (they are part of my family to me) in exchange for being a companion/cook/driver/housekeeper to an elderly relative either living with their families or on their own. I would be willing to make them their meals, take them to any appointments, keep them company, take them to activities such as theatre, plays, symphony, card games, church etc. I love elderly people children which makes me a caring nurturing human being. Working as a Housekeeper/Manage/rTravelling Companion would also be possible duties that I would be willing to provide for a working professional family.
