I have been around children most of my life. I take care of them as if they are my own and like to see them enjoy their childhood. I do not mind including them to continue having their close friends come over for play dates. I don't mind taking them to outdoor events. During the summertime, to the zoo, parks and to waterparks for the day as long as you are willing to pay any extra cost. To the children's museum, the children's festival, to even the carnivals that come to the city or Tinkertown. I am consistent with my discipline as to them learning to take control of their own behavior, such as time outs and no Tv, no ipads or xbox as examples. depending on the age of the child of course. I believe in talking things out and working together to solve a problem. Communication is important between both myself ,the children and the parents. This would be discussed between us prior to taking the job, the needs of the child/children. Any health issues and schedules that they have. Food allergies. Any outside events they are involved with away from the home, examples, swimming lessons ,dance lessons ,sports they are doing. A gas fee then would be discussed as well.
