    My name is Christina ; I am 25 years old and originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I moved to Halifax in 2012 to attend the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD). In 2013, I was elected to the position of VP Internal within the NSCAD Student Union (SUNSCAD). I was actively involved in the community and worked in planning and coordinating social events and programs within the university, all while striving to engage the student population in participating, through the distribution of internal communications. I recently graduated with a BFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from NSCAD University.
    Before moving to Montreal I worked as part-time Teaching Assistant at the Wee Care Centre on Young Street in Halifax, NS. With this work experience, I have gained lots of knowledge in working with children from ages 6 months – 4 years, along with children with special needs. I have many years of babysitting experience under my belt and short-term nannied for a family that was visiting in Halifax last summer. I currently reside in the Plateau.
    A little more about me: I enjoy spending time with friends cooking and hosting dinner parties. I am a creative individual that is an avid craft maker.
